What is conduction band edge and valance band edge of Cu3Se2 phase of copper selenide? any formula to calculate the CB edge and VB edge?

I would like to use this material as a sensitizer for TiO2 solar cell. But i dont know the Conduction band edge and valance band edge of Cu3Se2 material. I read some literature..but not found...
