Which one gives higher thermal efficiency? B0- Neat Diesel, B20, B40, B60, B80, B100-Neat biodiesel?

Some literature shows B0 gives higher thermal efficiency. Some other shows B20 and blend combination gives higher thermal efficiency than B0. Which one is correct?
