What to do if similarity of shape assumption is violated in case of very short sample size(11=4 boys +7 girls) while comparing their mean ranks of AT?

one data is normally distributed( .02) and other is negatively skewed (-1.06) and shapiro wilk sig, values are 0.258 and 0.015. the assumption of similar shape of MWU is violated here though...
