Does anyone know a protocol for Biotinylating multiwell plate surface with Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA)?

I am looking for a protocol to functionalize the surface of my 96 well with biotin. I've some people use BSA for that, but I don't have a protocol. Any thoughts?
