Opening and emptying the content of fluconazole capsule in a glass of water does affects it's absorption and afficacy?

We all know that the absorption of fluconazole is unaffected by food or gastric PH....... So, what's the effect of emptying the content of fluconazole capsule in glass of water on drug afficacy???
