How to define a decreasing doping profile in a 10 nm layer, so starting maximum concentration of 1e19 and decrease to zero in TCAD Sentaurus?

i am trying to define a decreasing doping profile but i cannot find the right syntax and whether it should be added in the SDE or the sdevice file. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot.
