How do I implement RSU (Road Side Unit) infrastructure communication in Vehicular networks (VANETs) using ns-3 ?

I need to implement V2I (vehicle to infrastructure) communication between RSU and vehicles and CA. I need help how to implement this communication in ns-3 (using C++). Thanks in advance
