Is there a lysis buffer compatible with chitosan matrices?

I'm looking for a lysis buffer compatible with chitosan matrices. I already tested the modified RIPA and SDS 2%. In my conditions, only matrix, I found 150μg/mL protein with a BCA assay. Any ideas?
