Why is the probability percentage with NIST library is low In GC_MS? How to resolve this issue?

My analyte standards are highly pure. R match and F match were good (800-900) but probability of match with the coumpound in Nist Library was Low(20-60%). How can i improve it? I am Using 10PPM...
