Why do I see a diferent crystal structure when uploaded in seek k-path from vesta created crystal. And how do eneter the highsymetry k-points in QE?

This is Trigonal R3m space group with a=b=c and all angles same with not equal to 90 degree. Suggested path Γ—T—H2|H0—L—Γ—S0|S2—F—Γ—T'—H2'|H0'—L'—Γ—S0'|S2'—F'—Γ how do i take the k point H2|H0.
