Does anyone have any info on metabolic rates/anaerobic activity of the common Australian Yabby (cherax destructor) or crustaceans in general?

I am studying the effect of temperature and dissolved oxygen concentration on metabolism and anaerobic activity (or the time it takes for a yabby to flip from its back to its front)

Does anyone know of some good papers suggesting effective enrichment toys/activities for primates, specifically macaques?

I'm am traveling to Laos to work with rescued animals and would like to help enhance the enrichment program for the animals to keep them stimulated while they recover in captivity.
