Chip-qPCR alternatives for proteins bound to non-integrating plasmid DNA?

Was wondering if anyone had used any other methods besides ChIP-qPCR to analyze proteins bound to intercellular transgenes. Was thinking of an approach like DiMeLo-seq or other newer strategies....
