Is there an easy and charming way without an expensive laboratory kit to proof if lead (Pb) exists in a certain kind of plastic or not?

The EU regulations are more strictly than the regulatioins in China. For instance some isolation coatings from China can contain Pb. We would like to proof if a coating contains Pb or not before...
