Im runing FPLC (Fast Protein Liquid Chromatograph) my ferritin in ph7 and ph 2 , does anyone knows how can I make sure how much is the retention time?

I have used PEG as supposed it would be stable in ph 2 and ph 7 and by shifting their peak can understand ho much is the retention time, but have nt yet get any good results

Does The magnetite to maghemite transformation with Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) analaysis show exothermic peak?

i get the DSC results which shows two exothermic peak first around 250 C and second around 500 C .does it mean the magnetite transform to maghemite and maghemite transform to hematite respectively?
