Is it possible to simulate tip-sample interaction during Scanning Probe Microscopy in Abaqus? and if not which software do you recommend?

I want to simulate this interaction in Abaqus but I heard it may be possible only in Comsol, considering the samples are measured in Nano scale, thanks
