How can we convert carbon stock of ABG biomass to CO2-e emission? can I just simply times the carbon value tC/ha by 3.66 as an emission factor?

For example, the value of carbon stock in a forest area is 100 tC/ha, it means, it equivalent to 100x3.66= 366 tCO2-e.
