What's the best marker in FACS to differentiate rat M0/M1/M2 macrophage?

I am planning to characterize the subsets of M0/M1/M2 macrophage that isolated from rat synovium by FACS. Can anyone suggest me appropriate markers for each subset, please?

For how long should rat limb be kept in 4%PFA @4C for fixation prior to decalcification?

I need this for some fresh tissue samples I will be receiving soon, and have only done this on ApoE and MC4R mouse limbs, which we usually fix overnight (~24hours).
