I am planning to do Polysebacic glycerate Can some one let me know about the safety protocols for polycondensation reactions, Vacuum conditions?

I would like to know more about how to leave a reaction at extremely high temperatures under vacuum conditions for over 20 hrs. What are the precautions to be taken care of?
