Can we find out the amount/Concentration of a particular type of bonds present in a solid system Using FTIR?

Suppose I have a cellulosic polymer film and have done esterification of that film at the -OH group. Is it possible to find out how many -OH groups get converted? with the help of FTIR analysis?
