What is the effect of salt (KCl, NaCl) on the 1H 90 degree pulse width in NMR and also on the chemical shift?

We measured the 1H 90 degree pulse widths for 20, 40, ..., 120 mM salt concentrations. The pulse was increased with increasing salt concentration. Is there any relation governing this?

How is SERS different from normal raman spectroscopy?

I was wondering, what are the differences (fundamental) in Surface enhanced Raman Spectroscopy and Raman Spectroscopy? Or is it that SERS is the same as a Raman plot but a bit more intense?
