I am trying to elute a pulldown sample of a protein (~50KDa) which is bound to dsRNA (~200bp). I am looking for an elution buffer recipe?

I want to run a SDS-PAGE gel (protein) and a Native-PAGE gel (dsRNA) with the elute. What kind of elution buffer should I use for my sample?
