Can anyone suggest why we can not use Concanavalin A treatment in CU91 chicken T cell line?

I am working on CU91 chicken T cell line and I did not see any paper they use ConA induce cytokine in this cell. Please get me some information why we do not use ConA to treatment in CU91 T cell line?
