How do I aggregate GCM outputs with different grid sizes?

I have projections from 11 GCMS with different grid sizes and would love some tips on how to aggregate these results into a mean projection. Paper methodology suggestions much appreciated.

I am looking for daily temperature projections in the African Sahel. I have tried going through CMIP5 but it is a bit complicated. Any suggestions?

A simpler way to get climate model projections or a resource that explains how to get data from CMIP5 in more detail would be much appreciated.
