Does anyone has experience analysing just one miRNA , for instance mir 33a, or do I have to do a multiple analysis of several miRNAs ?

Given the fact that most of the kits for mirRNAs are for multiple analysis. On the other hand could you suggest me any kit or protocol to carry out this analysis.
