Have any of the K. mobilis toxins got O-linked-N-actylglucosamine transferase activity?

Fei and Zhao have found K mobilis causes obesity and insulin resistance. The toxins cause rounding and shrinkage of cells that are similar to C. novyi alpha toxin.
