What are the best choices for the cell culture to study Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease for oxidative stress

I would like to study Alzheimer and Parkinson's disease's for oxidative stress but I don't know which cell lines are suitable for it. Can anyone please guide me? Thanks for answers in advance.
