Why the stress decreases after the particle size reaches a critical radius (Orowan mechanism). Isn't the stress should increase?

In my opinion, stresses to bow should increase as radius of the particle increase and dislocation would require greater stress to pass through through large radius loops than the small radius?

Why does the yield stress increase with dislocation density? Even though without any dislocations, the strength would be even higher?

I cannot understand that increasing dislocation density increases the yield strength of material but how?
