Does anyone please know about how to solve the problem of Add-in Error in Word, especially when I plugin the Mendeley Cite?

I try many ways to solve that issue, I restart my pc, uninstall the Mendeley references manager then install again, but the same problem still appears, so please if anyone knows how to solve that...
