Where I can find some data/statistics on NSF grants awarded for research in mathematics? Success rate per university type, state, gender, etc? Thanks!

Official reports (preferably from NSF, AMS, MAA, SIAM) are the ones that I am looking for, but I have been unable to identify them yet. I am interested in success rate and many possible variations...
