I am analysing offline eeg data set for emotion recognition can i somehow use this for a bci application...if yes how?

1)using a dataset i have obtained eeg bands and extracted PSD 2)Using PSD as features is there any way i could use my progress for a BCI application could be something like a GUI Showing PSD...
