I am trying to develop western blot for detecting amyloid beta 1- 42 but after developing the film show many dimers on film?

can anyone tell me how i minimize ( remove ) the dimers from film i used 20 % gel. primary antibody dilution 1 : 1000, sample is brain tissue lysate(mice).
