What is your favorite pathology image analysis program? NIH ImageJ? Proprietary programs like Metamorph, Aperio ImageScope, or AQUA? Others?

Pathology image analysis can be useful, but image analysis programs are not in widespread use yet. I am interested in their implementation, but I would like to seek the expertise of others.

What is your preferred method for assessing interstitial fibrosis in renal biopsies, particularly renal transplant biopsies?

I am curious about practices worldwide since a number of methods are available, and we tried to highlight some in the attached article.
