How do I successfully create/input this equation y=3.6844x + 0.002 in GraphPad prism to plot standard curves?

This is an equation (y=3.6844x + 0.002) advised by a kit manufacturer to be used to plot linear standard curves. I am trying to plot this in GraphPad Prism.
