Do prostate cancer cell lines (PC3, DU145, LnCap) or normal prostate cells RWPE-1 secrete IL-17 or IL-23?

PC3, DU145, LnCap secret TNF-a, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12 upon LPS/LTA stimulation. Do these cell lines also secret IL-17 or IL-23 (basal levels or stimulated)? I need help.

Can NK-92 cell line be used for NK activity assay as effector cells?

In place of mouse splenocytes or human PBMCs, can NK-92 cell line be used for NK assays? Do you have any experience?
