Dichorionic Diamniotic Twin pregnancy with Mild ventriculomegaly in twin A and Negative NIPT test: Do you perform karyotype analysis ?

First trimester ultrasound examination is normal. Second trimester evaluation is also normal.  Fetus B is sonographically normal.  Patient is 27 years old and at 28 weeks of gestation.
