Does anyone have a reference that can help me with steady-state kinetics of a many-step linear reaction?

I ask about a many-step reaction start:0 1 2 ... i ... M finish:M+1 where free energies of the states 1, 2, ..., M are much higher than those of the start state "0" and the finish state...
