Which value of band gap have you obtained using the Tauc plot for FTO (735183-5EA) and ITO (636916-10PAK) from Sigma Aldrich?

Using the Tauc plot starting from the transmittance I obtained for both ITO (indium doped tin oxide) and FTO (fluorine doped tin oxide) an optical band around 4 eV for both of the materials....
