Why are my fibroblasts not dividing? Are they alive?

I harvested fibroblasts from an adult 3 mm punch biopsy 10 days ago. I am culturing them at 37C 5% CO2 and changing medium every 2 day (DMEM, 10% FBS, 1X Pen/Strep). Here is their appearance...
