How FWHM of Raman peak is related to crystallinity of the alloy such as GeSn ?

If I got a Ge- Ge peak that is very smaller to the Ge reference  peak almost no shifting, but a little wider and the FWHM values is very similar. Does this mean this sample has large grin size or...
