If I want to dope cobalt in zinc salt to form cobalt doped zinc oxide nanoparticles, then how much quantity i have to take of cobalt and zinc salt?

Like,Zn1−xCoxO where x is 0.05,0.1 and 0.15 then how much Zn and Co will be taken? Please, suggest me.
