Consider a time varrying delay case in the fault estimation of a stirred tank reactor , use LMI toolbox to find the matrices P,Q,Y1,Y2 and F ?

Am having a problem in using the LMI toolbox functions lmivar and lmiterm to minimize thefunction, can somebody please show me how i can define the terms of theorem 3.1 in matlab?
