In a bacteria (gram-positive) and fungi mixture, how can I selectively break down the cell wall of bacteria without affecting fungi?

Will lysozyme work? Lysozyme can break down the cell wall of bacteria. Will it do the same thing to the cell wall of fungi? Thanks in advance.
