How to break th wall of acid fast protozoans such as cryptosporidium to obtain DNA?

I want to break the wall of cryptosporidium to obtain DNA directly from the stool sample. Have used many methods but didn't get results. Any suggestions?

My PCR expected product size was 530bp but I got nearly 700bp product size... Can any one suggest me a solution?
