Which software to use for conducting a single-arm analysis - apart from openmeta[Analyst] (OMA) since its very glitchy and crashes repeatedly ?

On revman i assume you can only conduct dual-arm analysis (Intervention & control) - but in cases of only a single-arm analysis which software is recommended - that is free of course
