Does anyone have a visual basic source code for parsing of L1, L2 and L3 GPS signals?

I am developing a SW for Egyptian GPS Receiver project (EGPSR) that extract navigation and surveyor information so I need VB6 or VB.net that parses L1,L2 and L5 signals any one can help?
