How to calculate the weights of used TEOS, Ammonium hyroxide that are used to form 5 grams of silica nanoparticles by sol gel method?

I used to prepare nanopartcles of ferrites using copreciptation method, now I need to prepare silica nanoparticles useing Sol Gel method. How to know the reatant weights to get 5 grams of nano silica?
