How to export the parameters of designed model in Silvaco to be imported and used in Cadence Virtuoso ??

I have designed a model of Graphene Ion-Sensitive FET (Gr-ISFET) biosensor by TCAD Silvaco and I'm trying to import the model to be used in Cadence Virtuoso. Any idea ?
