I am looking for a specific NF kappa B Activator. I think PMA, LPS, TNF-a ...etc are all not specific for NF kappa B only. Any suggestions please?

Is there a dataset, a software, or a platform that shows the change in gene expression of a cell after knocking-out one gene?

I think somebody should have done gene expression analysis for many mutated or knockout cells. Where can I find such information for my gene? Thanks in advance!
