What are RLi and Rlosi parameters in MODIS header bands used for calculating Land Surface Temperature (LST)?

How can I know what are these parameters for MODIS image bands, RLi and RLOSi? link bellow is one page of a paper that i m using for LST, it was usefull but i just dont know these parameters,...
