I just wonder to know the practical use of Cytoscape in identifying a protein to protein interaction b/n the host and the agent?

For eg. Can we use the application to identify which protein of SARS-CoV-2 is responsible to affect, let's say, the receptor protein of the host ( i.e. ACE-2 receptor protein)? Please explain?
